Assam Two Minor Sisters Drown While Swimming In Nagaon

 

In a devastating incident, two young sisters lost their lives while bathing in a pond located at Kellyden tea estate near Lagunbasti Adarsh village. The unfortunate incident took place on Wednesday afternoon, leaving the local community in shock. According to media reports, the two sisters had ventured out for an afternoon bath but failed to return home. Concerned about their whereabouts, locals initiated a search operation. After an extensive search, their bodies were discovered in the pond.The Nagaon Police were informed soon after, and the police arrived at the scene without delay. The police retrieved the bodies of the sisters and sent the bodies for post-mortem to determine the exact cause of their death.
