Mizoram has 54 villages without mobile or internet signal: Minister

In a recent announcement, Mizoram's ICT Minister highlighted the connectivity challenges faced by 54 villages, with 21 of them currently uninhabited. To address this digital divide, the state is collaborating with BSNL on an ambitious 4G saturation initiative, aiming for completion by 2029. This move is part of Mizoram's vision to emerge as India's first fully digital state.
